Eligibility: Open to all NRA or NRA affiliated clubs, National Guard, Reserve Service and Police personnel, and citizens in good repute.
Classification: Current NRA classifications will be used. Those not having a current NRA classification will be issued a temporary score/record book and will fire as unclassified masters (Rule 19.2).
NRA Membership #: ALL competitors must exhibit their NRA membership card upon registration, and affix their NRA ID number to their entry card.
Entries: • Entries are limited to the first forty-eight (48) competitors.
• Entries will be on a first come, first serve the day of the match.
• Checks are to be made payable to: FWRR.

State Championship Match fees will be $25 for all shooters.
Garand Match will be $25 per shooter. 30/06 Ammo will be provided.
Registration: Registration opens @ 7:00 AM and closes @ 7:45 AM – NO EXCEPTIONS!
Rules: All NRA rules required for approved tournaments will apply.
Squads: All matches will be run in squads. Squad assignments will be issued during registration.
Match Times: Target butts will seal @ 7:55 AM. Firing will commence @ 8:00 AM.
Equipment: • NRA Match Rifles (Rule 3.3) or Service Rifles (Rules 3.1, 3.1.1, 3.1.2)
• No telescopic or electronic sights! (Except Prone Matches)
• Empty chamber flags will be required at all matches.

 

Targets & Scoring: • Targets are on movable carriers and competitors will pull targets.
• Failure to serve in the pits without providing a puller will result in the competitor being disqualified.
• The range is 300 yards, so all long-range and mid-range shooting is done on reduced targets.
Challenges: A challenge fee of $1.00 will be charged for each challenge (16.1).
Awards: Awards will be paid in cash. Awards will be made at the end of the match.

Awards will be based on one award per category and/or class provided there are at least five in each category and/or class.
Food Service: There will be no food service during any match, and no lunch break. Competitors should bring their own food and water.
